Ingredients:
Wheat flour, water, sourdough (type 00 soft wheat flour, water), re-ground durum wheat flour, soft whole wheat flour, salt, malted wheat flour, extra-virgin olive oil, brewer’s yeast, baking mix (type 0 wheat flour, powdered vinegar), emulsifier: soy lecithin, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, preservative: calcium propionate, natural olive flavoring.
Method Of Use:
Preheat oven or pizza oven to 200°C, and bake for about 5 minutes. Fill as desired.
To be consumed after cooking.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. After opening, store in the fridge and consume within 2 days. Product packed in a protective atmosphere. Do not pierce the packaging.
