Shipping Carriers
We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ship orders across the United States. The choice of carrier depends on the size, weight, and type of products in your order. This allows us to offer the most efficient and cost-effective delivery option for each package.

Free shipping over $80
Orders below $80 fee of shipping $30
Packaging
All items are carefully packed using bubble wrap and protective packaging materials to ensure they arrive in good condition. We take every precaution to keep your products safe during transit.
Delivery Disclaimer
While we do our best to secure your order before it leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee the condition of packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carriers. Shipping delays, mishandling, or environmental conditions may occasionally affect the state in which your order arrives.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, we’re here to help. We gladly offer a refund or replacement for items that do not meet our quality standards upon delivery.
Please contact us at support@maveataly.com within 3 days of delivery, and include photos of the damaged items and packaging. We’ll resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
