At Maveataly, we elevate the principle of "You have the right to return your order if it's not satisfied you for any reason", we'll work closely with you to resolve the issue. This could involve a partial refund, a full refund, or a replacement. Our commitment is to ensure that every customer leaves happy with their experience.

We stand behind the quality of all our products, both perishable and non-perishable, with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you receive any item that is damaged or does not meet your freshness expectations, you may return it for a full refund, including shipping costs. Please note, that we have a 30-day return policy to ensure that any returned products remain fresh.

If you have a concern with any items, please keep them and refrigerate any perishable goods while we assist you with the next steps.

Before returning any item, please contact us for approval. If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to us, the customer will be responsible. In this case, the order will be treated as a return, and you'll receive a refund minus the shipping cost. Please note that perishable items damaged during return shipping cannot be refunded. We encourage you to carefully monitor your shipments and track your packages as they are on their way to you.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Maybe you don't believe it, but we accept return & refund orders, even sold at sale prices

Shipping Returns:

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address we will give you after your contact.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
