Chicche are a delicious alternative to classic gnocchi, one of Italy’s traditional culinary dishes. They differ from the classic Italian dish in that they cook in only 2 minutes. The recipe is the same as for Gnocchi, only two ingredients : wheat flour and selected potatoes. Due to their spherical shape and small size, they are perfect candidates to be enjoyed with vegetable sauces but also with a ragù.

How to cook gnocchi ?

Cook the gnocchi in batches in a pot of lightly salted water for 2 minutes. Cooked gnocchi will come to the surface.
