Wheat flour, water, sourdough(type 00 wheat flour, water) re-ground durum wheat flour, soft whole wheat flour, salt, extra-virgin olive oil, malted wheat flour, brewer’s yeast, baking mix (type 0 wheat flour, powdered vinegar), emulsifier: soy lecithin, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, preservative: calcium propionate, natural olive flavoring.
Method Of Use
Spread the filling over the pizza base as desired and bake either in the oven or in a pizza oven: pre-heat the oven to 200°C, bake for about 5 minutes, then take it out and add other toppings as necessary. To be consumed after cooking. The cooking times are approximate and may vary depending on the type of oven and the degree of cooking desired.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Close the packet tightly after opening, store in the fridge, and consume within 2 days. Product packed in a protective atmosphere.
